Reporting a problem
If the tool did not work as expected, these details help find the cause:
- the browser and its version (for example Chrome 140, Safari 26) and the device (for example a 2021 Windows laptop or an iPhone 15);
- what happened: an error message, a result that looked wrong, or a step that never finished;
- the size of the image in pixels, if you know it.
Please do not attach the image itself unless we ask for it. The tool never needs to see your images, and describing the photo ("a dog on grass", "a white product on a white table") is usually enough.
