Frequently asked questions
What does one credit get me?
One credit unlocks the full-size exports of one image. Change the background, refine the edges and download again while that image stays open, with no extra credit. Reopening a file starts a new image. Save your downloads: photos and cutouts are not stored in your account.
What is the difference between Preview and Max?
The free Preview is up to 0.25 megapixels. Max keeps the full dimensions available from your source image, within your device's limits. Eligible Max is re-cut by our high-resolution model for finer edges, so the outline can change; your edits are retained. Other tools keep their free cutout. Images already within 0.25 megapixels stay free unless you explicitly request Max.
Do credits expire? Can I cancel?
Monthly credits expire at the end of their billing period; canceling stops the next renewal. One-time pack credits do not expire. Monthly credits are used before pack credits.
What if an export fails?
Free processing uses no credit. Max reserves one credit when it starts and spends it on success; failures and unfinished cancellations return it. Repeat downloads are included for that job. In a batch, completed images remain paid if a later image fails or needs more credits.
I already bought credits. Do I need to pay again?
Open Download to see the balance available in this browser. If your purchase is missing, choose Restore purchase and verify the email used at checkout. From the editor, Back to your image reopens the image you were working on in this browser. If the original purchase is on hold or was reversed, contact support before buying again.
